The Gorge has become an arts destination all year round, but during the spring something special happens: Gorge Artists Open Studios Tour is an epic weekend of art — when you are cordially invited to meet artists in their studio spaces — to experience art as work, craft, process, and inspiration. It is a free, self-guided tour of individual artist studios and workspaces located throughout the Mid-Columbia Gorge regional area. 

In the meantime, enjoy art now! Many local artists have studios open year-round by appointment. and each of the quaint Gorge river towns have art galleries and collectives. It even seems that most places of business — be they winery, brewery, retail shop, or coffee — have the work of a local artist inside! Art has infused our beautiful Columbia River Gorge with color, energy, and inspiration.

The 19th annual Gorge Artists Open Studios tour happens May 2 - 3 - 4, 2025! So mark your calendars! We hope to see you out and about, exploring our beautiful area and visiting art studios!
