Plan Your Weekend
The Gorge Artists Open Studios Tour is a rich and amazing event. Make your visit into an even bigger event — come out and stay a few days. Gorge hotels, restaurants, shopping, breweries, and wineries will round out your experience! See our sponsors for some ideas on how to create a fantastic weekend.
This is a BIG art weekend in the Gorge with the Pacific NW Plein Air Festival Reception at Maryhill Museum from 5-7pm on Saturday, May 1st, and the White Salmon Wildflower Festival kicking off on May 1st with events through May 31st.
Whether you’re planning your Tour route in advance or on the road tracking down studios, our TOUR MAP will be a big help. Click the links on the map to get directions quickly and make the most of your day.
*Opening the map in a new window (by clicking the icon on the map’s top right corner or TOUR MAP above) will open the full map with a legend/artist’s names.
Note that when crossing the Hood River-White Salmon Interstate Bridge you will incur a toll of $3.50 each way via overhead cameras, an invoice will be sent to the license holder. To proactively pay these tolls click HERE.

Access
This event welcomes guests into artists’ working studios — these could be in attics, basements, garages, outbuildings or commercial spaces. We have noted some of the studios as ADA accessible (most of these are commercial spaces). However, if you have mobility limitations, please consider reaching out to artists in advance to confirm accessibility. Many not listed as ADA accessible are ground-level studios that are partially accessible. You’ll find artist phone numbers on most artist pages.
