The only linguistic basis for my visual work would be the title, and even that is suspect. If I were pressed, I might say that I like to think of it as a sort of crucible for materialism, where the result allows for the natural attraction we have for erosion and imperfection to reign, assuaging the nerves that have become frazzled from repeatedly attempting (and failing) to produce and maintain ideal forms. 

Or I could say I try to make things I like to look at.

Directions: From I-84 Eastbound, use Exit 65. Cross the Hood River Bridge and turn right on SR-14. Continue east approximately eleven miles and turn left onto Old Highway 8 just before the town of Lyle. Take a right on Canyon Road and then shortly after veer left onto Lyle-Snowden Road. At 386 Lyle-Snowden Road take a right onto the gravel road at the L77 ranch. It’s right before the one lane s-curve.
