Medium: Painting

I paint in oil on both large and small stretched canvases. I'm primarily inspired by the landscapes of the Gorge: the river, the mountains, the agriculture. My pieces use flat abstracted geometric shapes, pushed perspective, and a touch of whimsy. I would like the viewer to enter into the painting to experience the pleasure of seeing the land in a new way.

Directions: From I-84, take exit #62 towards Hood River via Cascade Avenue/US 30. Turn right onto Mt. Adams Avenue which becomes Wine Country Avenue, then Country Club Road. Turn left onto Frankton Road to go up the hill. Turn right on Post Canyon Road, and right again on Parsons Road, which curves to the right after Haven Drive.

667 Parsons Road is the second to last house on the right.
