I am a retired art teacher and enjoy spending time with my creative processes in clay and painting. In the summer I spend time with water sports and hiking. In the winter months I live in Baja and work with secondary students in ceramics. I bring back ideas for my creating from both of the areas that I live.

A third area of art for me is lifecasting which uses the body as a model, creating a sculptural form using alginate, a mother mold, and 'Terre blanc' as the final project. This art process I do on a commission basis and have examples and photo books on hand during the Tour.

Directions: Take Exit 69 to Mosier. Just past the Mosier Community School turn right on Center Street. Go past 3rd Street. The road will bend slightly to the left. Drive past Blanchard Blvd. Next street is Asher Street, turn right and drive up, cross Blanchard Blvd. and continue on Asher Street. Follow Gorge Artist Open Studio signs. Stay on right driveway to park.
