Medium: Ceramics

I am most excited by the intersection of art and function— how it draws the user into the art—how a beautifully crafted functional piece will be enhanced, itself, by common everyday activities. I create most of my forms on a potters wheel, and then uses a process called sgraffito to etch into the surface. It is my greatest hope to bring joy into the lives of those who interact with my art.

Directions: From I-84, take exit 64 to cross the Hood River/White Salmon Bridge, turn left on WA-14, take Dock Grade Road on the right and turn up the hill. Turn left on Jewett Blvd, follow into town. Turn right onto NE Estes Avenue. In .3 mile, Turn left onto NE Hood Street. In one block, turn left on NE Church Avenue. If coming from Bingen, turn North on Oak Street at the Chevron station and go up the hill. This puts you on Jewett Blvd. then follow the above directions.
